the update is pathetic. search does not work. even if u get something, you cannot get to the redeem option. it was so much better earlier. thankfully still works with iphone. UPDATE: Re installed again, and nothing has changed, and its not just me who has this problem. Search page shows up and is UNRESPONSIVE. Even the search in map view is unresponsive. The page freezes up and does not let you select the search bar to enter any text. I am using it on a Samsung Galaxy S7, this app needs more testing. Please don't screw up the iOS app with a similar untested version.

Hi there, when you select the search option, it will load up a page with a grey line across the top. If you tap above that grey line, you will then be able to type in a specific area to search for individual offers/areas. Hope this helps!

Wow. Just used the new updated app for the first time. What a disaster! Map view doesn't indicate the category, search results can't be displayed on the map. Clumsy and difficult to navigate. I don't understand how an attempt to improve something can go so wrong. A previous update to the old app changed the offers update to let it happen in the background while you use the app. Important feature when you're front of a queue so you get on with the transaction, so can see why they did it. But wait, it's back to how it was in that old days keeping everyone waiting for you. Did they fire their whole dev team or what?

App is stuck on loading screen or black screen. Tried reinstalling but still the same. Used it once so far but am not able to get the app to work now on samsung galaxy s10. Also if you go out of the app while using it, eg looking at a menu of a restaurant or their website, some of the functions on the app doesnt work like locating my location using near me. edit. issue fixed by uninstalling then turning phone off and on and reinstalling. 2nd edit: after a while the problem persists.

Hi Tony, please delete the app from your phone then turn your phone OFF for 30secs. Then turn your phone back ON and reinstall the app. This should fix the problems you're experiencing. Please feel free to call us on 0508 326 658 if you need further assistance
